#### **THE SYSTEM**

**So along the way, through about 100,000 hours, what I have learned as a coach is that no matter what I do, or what I know about basketball, or player development, technical skills, programming, etc., the most important factor in a player's development is and always will be exactly what they do on their own time.**

**You have to reinforce BETWEEN WORKOUTS what you are teaching IN workouts.**

**That's the biggest factor.**

**That's the key to improving as a player. And as a trainer. Eventually, YOU will master The Workout.**

**But can your players master the next workout before you even show up for it?**

**That’s when it really becomes fun!**

**When you show up, and every kid that you work with is improving BEFORE YOU EVEN STEP INTO THE GYM!**

**That’s Masterful.**

**That’s a skilled technician.**

**That’s a real basketball trainer. **
